Intelligent Office to Launch New Flex Space in Southlake

January 20, 2026 // Franchising.com // SOUTHLAKE, TX – Intelligent Office will open a new location in Southlake in late January. The space is owned by Jean Xue and Chuck Lo, who plan to one day add a training facility and additional offices to meet demand. New members can take advantage of a complimentary one-month offer upon joining with a twelve-month commitment, and a free first-time booking of meeting rooms.

Part of the Vast Coworking brand, Intelligent Office provides turnkey business spaces, from private offices to meeting rooms, as well as virtual teams to manage members’ administrative needs. The new Southlake location will include 17 private offices, an event space and a day office, and will provide executive phone services, conference room credits, virtual mailboxes and high-speed wifi, as well as dedicated desks, a cafe area, and copying/printing services. The area offers ample free parking, as well as two popular restaurants right next door.

Members will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills at business coaching seminars, part of Xue and Lo’s plan to offer membership incentives to build a thriving community of professionals. They’ll also provide free coffee and other complimentary amenities to help create a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere.

Xue and Lo own the plaza that will house Intelligent Office Southlake, which has convenient access to Highway 114 and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Partners in business and life for many years, Xue and Lo have co-founded several businesses across different industries. In seeking a new entrepreneurial challenge, they were attracted to Intelligent Office’s answer to the widespread desire for flexibility in the workplace.

Xue and Lo have lived in Southlake for 20 years. They emigrated from East Asia about 30 years ago. Xue has a master's degree in marketing research, with extensive experience in database marketing and risk management in both consumer credit and home lending. Lo has a master’s degree in biostatistics. He retired from his position as a statistics and data manager at a large pharmaceutical company after 24 years.

Both are very involved in the community, including the Chamber of Commerce and the school district; Xue is the mother of three children. They are involved in the Carroll Education Foundation to raise funds for schools and donate to multiple charities, including the Grace and Special Education Booster Club and Special Olympics.
