El Pollo Loco® Expands North Texas Footprint

February 06, 2026 // Franchising.com // MCKINNEY, Texas – El Pollo Loco, Inc.(“El Pollo Loco”) has opened a new restaurant in McKinney, Texas. The restaurant opened on January 12, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for February 16.

The McKinney restaurant strengthens the brand’s presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and complementing nearby restaurants in Allen and Dallas.
