Peterbrooke Pensacola Leans Into Valentine’s Day With Heart-Shaped Truffles and Hand-Dipped Strawberries
February 06, 2026 // Franchising.com // PENSACOLA, Fla. — Valentine’s Day and chocolate go hand in hand, and Peterbrooke Chocolatier Pensacola is leaning into the tradition with a lineup built for gifting, sharing and celebrating. The neighborhood chocolate shop will offer its Heart Chocolate Truffle Collection on Valentine’s Day for $23 — the same price as its standard eight-piece box — alongside hand-dipped strawberries and a full menu of handcrafted favorites. “Valentine’s Day is one of those moments when people want a gift that feels personal, and chocolate does that in a way that’s simple and unforgettable,” said Lee Cartledge, who owns Peterbrooke Chocolatier Pensacola with his wife, Dell. “We wanted to offer something that looks special, tastes even better and is easy to pick up for anyone you’re celebrating — and we kept the Heart Collection priced at $23, the same as our standard eight-piece box.”
Designed for gifting, seasonal promotions and premium retail displays, the Heart Chocolate Truffle Collection features an elegant assortment of heart-shaped truffles in four flavors: hazelnut-cream richness, bright strawberry Romanoff, smooth vanilla bean and champagne-kissed milk chocolate. The collection is available on Valentine’s Day while supplies last. “Honestly, this collection is just plain delicious,” Cartledge said. “The hazelnut one is rich and creamy, the strawberry Romanoff has this bright, fruity bite, the vanilla bean tastes like real vanilla, and the champagne-kissed milk chocolate is smooth and sweet. You take one and you immediately want the next.”
Beyond the Heart Chocolate Truffle Collection, Peterbrooke Pensacola’s Valentine’s selection includes hand-dipped strawberries, truffles, chocolate-covered popcorn and a range of chocolate-dipped treats crafted in-house. Guests can also choose from curated gift boxes and seasonal treats designed to fit everything from a small, thoughtful gesture to a centerpiece gift.
For more than 40 years, Peterbrooke has drawn in crowds across the Southeast for its handmade chocolates rooted in European tradition with a generous dash of Americana. Since its inception in 1983, Peterbrooke has become known for its unique take on specialties such as its signature chocolate-covered popcorn, cookies, pretzels, marshmallows, potato chips and strawberries hand-dipped daily with Peterbrooke’s proprietary blend of milk, dark and white chocolate. Peterbrooke’s traditional favorites such as decadent truffles, hand-made caramels and authentic Italian gelato are also featured in every shop. Supporting the neighborhood feel, Peterbrooke offers its own take on team-building classes, summer day camps for kids, private parties, catering, seasonal gift baskets, custom corporate gifts and more.
