Washington-Based Imagine Realty Era Powered Expands Into Central Oregon With Latest Acquisition of Duke Warner Realty

March 24, 2026 // Franchising.com // OTHELLO, Wash. — Imagine Realty ERA Powered today announced its latest acquisition of another family-led firm in Bend, Oregon, Duke Warner Realty. This acquisition marks Imagine Realty ERA Powered’s third major strategic expansion since joining the ERA Real Estate brand in 2024, extending its combined service area into central Oregon.

Now doing business as Duke Warner Realty ERA Powered, the newly acquired firm is one of Bend’s longest-standing real estate providers. The firm opened its doors in 1967 under the leadership of Duke and Kitty Warner, who were succeeded by Kitty’s son, Kit Korish, in the early 1980s when the Warners and Korish combined their businesses. Since then, Korish has been managing broker of the firm, also joined in leadership by his brother and fellow managing broker, Kris Warner. Under their leadership, Duke Warner Realty has grown to serve much of central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Powell Butte, Prineville, Sisters, Sun River, and La Pine. Warner will also continue to serve as managing broker following their acquisition.

Imagine Realty ERA Powered is led by the husband-and-wife duo of Amy and Jessie “Weno” Dominguez. Weno, the firm’s CEO, has worked in Washington’s real estate industry for over a decade and spearheads many of the firm’s day-to-day operations. Since 2024, the same year the brokerage affiliated with ERA Real Estate, the firm has more than doubled in size and has become a premier real estate provider in Washington’s Columbia Basin. Most recently, the Dominguezes went into partnership with Kent and LJ Easom, creating a new affiliate company, "Imagine Oregon LLC." The Dominguezes and Easoms in turn purchased Duke Warner Realty.
