MilkShake Factory Opens New Gilbert, Arizona Location on Saturday, April 11
March 31, 2026 // Franchising.com // Gilbert, AZ – MilkShake Factory, a neighborhood dessert destination known for its handspun milkshakes and small-batch chocolates, is scheduled to open a Gilbert, Arizona location on Saturday, April 11.
Located at 1835 S Santan Village Pkwy, Suite 108, the shop is owned and operated by Jill Braithwaite.
The Gilbert MilkShake Factory is scheduled to host a grand opening event on Saturday, April 11, from 12 PM to 4 PM.
The location is in Northside at SanTan Village in Gilbert, Arizona.
“We’ve been looking for the right concept to bring to our community, and MilkShake Factory immediately stood out,” said Jill Braithwaite, owner of the Gilbert location. “From the quality of the products to the brand’s rich history, it felt like something truly special. Gilbert is our home, and we’re excited to share this experience with our friends, neighbors, and everyone who makes this community so great.”
The Braithwaites were introduced to MilkShake Factory through associates connected to the brand's Pittsburgh roots and their Gilbert community. They saw an opportunity to bring a unique dessert experience to the desert.
“We’ve already felt such a great response since opening, which has made us even more excited for this grand opening,” continued Braithwaite, co-owner of the Gilbert location. “For us, it’s about creating a place where people can come in, enjoy high-quality treats, and spend time together. Being able to bring something like this to Gilbert and see people connect with it right away has been incredibly rewarding.”
Founded in 1914 as a soda fountain and chocolate shop, MilkShake Factory makes milkshakes with housemade ice cream and offers chocolates crafted with traditional techniques. The company preserves family recipes and maintains a commitment to quality.
MilkShake Factory's Gilbert location will be open seven days a week from noon to 10 p.m., offering in-store ordering and takeout options.
