Proforma Celebrates Proforma Spectrum Graphics’ Recent Acquisition, Expected to Add Nearly $7M in Annual Revenue

April 07, 2026 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, Fla. — Proforma announced the completion of a major strategic acquisition involving Proforma Spectrum Graphics. Finalized in early 2026, the move is projected to boost Spectrum Graphics’ annual revenue by nearly $7 million, marking a milestone in the third-generation distributorship’s growth.

Throughout the complex acquisition process, the Proforma Support Center Team served as a dedicated strategic resource for Proforma Spectrum Graphics, ensuring a seamless transition.

“The Proforma Support Center Team has over a hundred years of combined experience supporting Distributor Owners through the mergers and acquisitions process,” said Derek Boyer, Vice President of Sales and Industry Recruiting. “It was an honor to support a thriving third-generation distributorship in achieving this monumental growth.”

The deal adds personnel including six sales representatives, a business manager, six professionals specializing in support, marketing, and design, and two production specialists.

“This acquisition represents more than just growth in revenue—it is an investment in people, talent, and the future of our business,” said Jay Vento, Owner of Proforma Spectrum Graphics. “On a personal level, this milestone is especially meaningful because my son, John, played an important role in helping move this acquisition forward. My father and I began building this company 38 years ago, and seeing John help lead its continued growth as the third generation is a proud reminder of the legacy we have built and where we are headed.”

John Vento, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Proforma Spectrum Graphics, played a pivotal role in the strategy and execution of the deal. He helped ensure alignment across sales, production, and creative functions to maintain continuity for clients while unlocking new efficiencies and opportunities.

“We established a focused, collaborative onboarding process to facilitate a smooth integration of both teams and business operations,” said John. “This expansion directly enhances Proforma Spectrum Graphics’s ability to deliver comprehensive solutions while significantly strengthening our operational and creative capabilities.”
