Allegra Marketing Print Mail Clinton Township Acquires American Speedy Printing, Expanding Offerings for Local Businesses

April 13, 2026 // Franchising.com // CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Clinton Township has acquired American Speedy Printing in Shelby Township. Now operating under one roof, Allegra will continue providing print and copy services, along with expanded offerings for local businesses, following the retirement of longtime owner Holly Alcock. The acquisition ensures American Speedy Printing clients will continue to receive high-quality printing, signage and marketing services through Allegra Clinton Township, owned and operated by Charles and Laura Warczinsky.

American Speedy Printing served the Shelby Township and Utica communities for 55 years. After Alcock's retirement, the storefront closed, and Allegra Clinton Township assumed the accounts and transferred artwork to facilitate the transition for clients.

“American Speedy Printing has been a trusted name in the community for decades, and we’re honored to continue serving the customers Holly and her team built relationships with over the years,” said Charles Warczinsky, owner of Allegra Clinton Township. “Our goal is to ensure those clients experience the same level of care and quality they’ve come to expect while also providing access to Allegra’s full range of print and marketing solutions.”

With this acquisition, businesses will now have access to Allegra Clinton Township’s full suite of services and more, including graphic design, full-color and wide-format printing, signage, promotional products, mailing services and marketing support. The Warczinsky’s and their team will focus on building relationships with these businesses, learning their needs and continuing the strong customer service tradition that defined American Speedy for more than five decades.
