Top-Performing AAMCO Location in Apopka Sells for $1.67 Million
April 13, 2026 // Franchising.com // ORLANDO, FL — Millenia Partners announced the completed sale of an AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care location in Apopka, Florida, for $1,671,804. The transaction closed in approximately two months from contract to close.
The business, established in 2001, generated approximately $2.3 million in annual revenue with seller’s discretionary earnings of approximately $753,000. The seller, who owned and operated the location for more than two decades, is retiring.
According to the seller, the Apopka location has consistently ranked among the highest-revenue AAMCO franchises in the United States, drawing strong interest from buyers during the marketing process.
The business sold at approximately 96% of the original asking price, reflecting both the strength of the operation and competitive buyer demand. The real estate was not included in the sale and will be leased to the new owner.
The buyer is a Central Florida-based owner-operator who plans to run the business directly. All seven existing employees are expected to remain with the company following the transition.
“This was a highly disciplined, well-run operation with strong cash flow and a long track record,” said Luke Sawyer, Millenia Partners. “When you bring a business like that to market—especially in automotive service—you’re going to see serious buyer interest. The sale price and timeline reflect that.”
“We continue to see strong demand for service businesses where the new owner can step in and operate immediately,” Sawyer added. “Buyers are prioritizing stable earnings, trained staff, and systems that are already in place. This deal checked all three.”
The transaction moved from executed contract to closing in roughly two months, an efficient timeline for a deal of this size and complexity.
“Speed to close comes down to preparation and alignment,” said Sawyer. “Both sides were serious, the financials were clean, and the expectations were clear early. That’s what allows deals to move quickly.”
The sale reflects continued activity in the automotive repair sector, particularly for established operations with consistent cash flow and experienced staff.
“We’re seeing a steady pipeline of owners who have built strong businesses over 20-plus years and are now ready to transition,” Sawyer said. “At the same time, there’s no shortage of buyers looking for exactly these kinds of opportunities.”
The outgoing owner built the business through hands-on management and long-term customer relationships within the AAMCO system.
