The expansion is led by franchise owners Kevin and Kristi Muhammad, who operate Velox Valuations in Houston and will now also lead the charge on the company’s appraisal service offerings across Travis, Williamson and Hays counties. The Muhammads bring more than 30 years of senior-level valuation and right-of-way expertise, along with experience in international business strategy, real estate brokerage, enterprise growth and exceptional customer service.

Kristi is an internationally recognized business strategist and founder of Women CEO Project, a business development firm that has supported more than 300,000 entrepreneurs across six continents. With a background in real estate brokerage, marketing and enterprise growth consulting, she will oversee business, marketing and operations for Velox Valuations in Austin.
