Wetzel’s Pretzels Celebrates National Wetzel Day With Free Pretzels and ‘Wetz Fest’ Vibes

Wetzel’s Pretzels is hosting its event on Sunday, April 26. Participating Wetzel’s locations nationwide will offer a FREE Original Pretzel from 3 p.m. to close.

This year’s event features a theme described as “Wetz Fest,” a music festival-inspired concept that transforms National Wetzel Day into a pretzel-related gathering. It includes festival-inspired elements and a context for enjoying a fresh-baked Original Pretzel.

National Wetzel Day is the focus of the event for those visiting during shopping trips or seeking a warm snack.

“National Wetzel Day is our favorite day of the year because it gives us a chance to celebrate the fans who show up for us all year long,” said Sarah Curtis, Head of Marketing for Wetzel’s Pretzels. “This year, Wetz Fest brings even more energy to the occasion with music festival-inspired fun and, of course, free pretzels. It’s all about creating a reason for people to stop by, have fun and enjoy a snack they know and love.”

The free Original Pretzel offer will be available for one day only on April 26 from 3 p.m. to close in store at participating Wetzel’s Pretzels locations nationwide. No purchase is necessary.
