April 20, 2026 // Franchising.com // DETROIT – Detroit Wing Company is bringing the bold, briny flavor to the forefront with its new limited-time Spicy Dill menu, delivering standouts that combine the bright acidity of dill pickles with a kick of heat across wings, tenders and more craveable options — available now through July 19.

Guests can experience the Spicy Dill flavor across a variety of menu items, including:

  • Spicy Dill Pickle Sauce — Turn up the tang with this hot take on a fan-favorite flavor, combining dill-forward brightness with a spicy kick to create the perfect complement to any of Detroit Wing Co.’s bundles, combos and sides like Texas Toast, carrots and celery.
  • Spicy Dill Pickle Dunking Fries — Crisp, golden fries tossed in a tangy dill pickle rub and served with a choice of Classic or Spicy Dill Pickle dipping sauce.
  • Spicy Dill Pickle Wrap — A handheld packed with the choice of baked or crispy chicken, Spicy or Classic Dill sauce, cheddar cheese, pickles, romaine and red onion, all wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla.

“The Midwest has always had a strong connection to pickles, and we saw an opportunity to bring that flavor to life in a craveable way that feels true to our brand while leveraging the trend,” said Gus Malliaras, Founder of Detroit Wing Co. “Spicy Dill strikes that perfect balance of tang and heat, and it pairs incredibly well across our menu. It’s a fresh, unexpected flavor profile we’re excited to share with our guests this season.”

The new menu responds to interest in bold, nostalgic tastes with a twist, with pickle-inspired items continuing to gain traction in the restaurant industry. The Spicy Dill lineup expands Detroit Wing Co.’s offerings while maintaining a made-from-scratch approach and commitment to quality.
