The partnership connects offices in Campbell, Fremont, Pleasanton, and Livermore and serves the San Francisco Bay Area.
Founded in 2014 by Brett Jennings, a Harvard-trained negotiation specialist and recognized industry leader, Real Estate Experts ERA Powered has grown into a reputable service provider in Silicon Valley. Beth Lazar, CEO of Real Estate Experts ERA Powered, joined Jennings in 2021, bringing a strong background in brand strategy, organizational development, and leadership. The firm has reported production and sales activity across residential and commercial sectors.
Led by Bill Aboumrad, Legacy Real Estate Experts ERA Powered – founded by Aboumrad’s father – has grown into a Bay Area brokerage. The firm has earned recognitions from industry publications.
In 2013, Aboumrad’s firm adopted the ERA Powered branding model. The firm is now part of the ERA network.
