This year, Cousins Subs will debut three new exclusive festival menu items:

• Supper Club Sub – Grilled steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, provolone cheese, crispy onions and steak sauce on Italian bread. All the flavor of a Wisconsin supper club, stacked into a sub.
• Mini Crispy Chicken Wrap – Crispy chicken tender with cheddar cheese, lettuce and ranch dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla. A handheld festival favorite built for snacking on the go.
• Cold Fashioned Slushie (mocktail) – A refreshing frozen slushie inspired by a Wisconsin classic, topped with a cherry and orange slice for a sweet, citrus finish.

Festivalgoers can also enjoy Cousins Subs’ full lineup of subs, fries, Wisconsin Cheese Curds and shakes.
