Image360 Rochester Announces It Is Now Under New Ownership

May 13, 2026 // Franchising.com // ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Image360 Rochester has announced it is now under new ownership. With Nick Hatcher at the helm, the company is continuing its work with the support of its founding owners’ dedication and close ties to the Rochester community.

“As an entrepreneur, the ownership opportunity with Image360 stood out as an excellent chance to grow within this industry and continue expanding our visual communications services across the state,” said Hatcher. “The previous owners poured their hearts into the Center, and I am committed to upholding their legacy. Their dedication and hard work go to show the impact that businesses like Image360 can make in leveraging creative signage and graphics to help other organizations reach their goals. I look forward to building on the Center’s longstanding positive reputation and sustaining the trust that Image360 has built in the community so far, while serving new customers and businesses.”

Hatcher brings a strong background in both technical and operational management to his new venture. Now, he is the owner of Image360 Rochester, where he will lead business development and customer relations.

Alongside the seasoned existing team, former co-owner Jackie Ciresi will stay on to lead operations. With the Center’s established client relationships and production facility, Hatcher is well-positioned to deliver high-quality signage and graphics solutions to local businesses.

Located at 1128 Lexington Ave, Image360 Rochester provides graphic solutions to businesses, organizations and institutions in the area. From the simplest signage projects to the most complex, trained graphics specialists work closely with clients to maximize the creativity and visual impact of experiential graphics, mobile graphics, wayfinding solutions, ADA signage and promotional displays.
