UFC GYM® Expands Tennessee Footprint with New Murfreesboro Location Opening Fall 2026

May 27, 2026 // Franchising.com // Murfreesboro, Tenn. – UFC GYM® will transform a former YMCA space into a facility for fitness, MMA-inspired fitness, Group Studio Fitness classes, youth programming, HIIT classes, recovery, and community connection.

Designed to provide access to mixed martial arts-inspired fitness and traditional fitness programming, UFC GYM Murfreesboro will offer training and wellness services. The expansive facility will feature a strength training area with free weights, Olympic lifting platforms, extensive cardio equipment, a fitness recovery zone, functional training equipment, turf training space, bag racks, MMA/Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rooms and a dedicated cycle studio.

Members will have access to group fitness and martial arts-inspired classes, including boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, HIIT, Zumba, bootcamp, cycle, and other programming. The Murfreesboro location will support fitness for the entire family with youth classes for children ages six and older, youth programming, Kids Club and additional family-friendly offerings.

Recovery amenities may include cryotherapy, Normatec compression therapy, hydromassage, red light therapy, sauna access and other recovery services to support wellness and performance.
