Slice House by Tony Gemignani to Open in Ventura in July 2026

May 28, 2026 // Franchising.com // VENTURA, CA – Slice House by Tony Gemignani will open a new location in Ventura in July 2026. The pizzeria will offer Gemignani's pizza in Ventura County, serving local residents and visitors alike. The new restaurant is currently hiring across all positions and is expected to bring 20 full-time and part-time jobs to the local community.

We look forward to sharing our signature pizza styles and craft with new guests this summer.”

Franchised and operated by Vinny Margott, a Slice House partner and Ventura native with multiple locations across Ventura County, Slice House Ventura will offer a menu of Gemignani’s acclaimed New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or whole pizza. The menu will also include fresh pastas, wings, salads, with options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners. The drink menu will feature craft beers and premium wines, in addition to non-alcoholic sodas and juices. The new pizza spot will have indoor seating for 35 people as well as a communal outdoor patio, and will be available for takeout, online ordering, and delivery. It will be open seven days a week – from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Slice House Ventura will open at 1780 Victoria Avenue in the Montalvo Square Shopping Center, surrounded by popular dining, retail, and lifestyle destinations, including Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies, Jimmy John’s, CAVA, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, Walmart and more. Conveniently situated near residential neighborhoods, schools, medical offices, key government offices including Ventura County Government Center, and directly off Highway 101, the restaurant is poised to become a go-to dining destination for residents throughout Ventura and the surrounding coastal communities.

Opening in July 2026, Slice House Ventura will host a variety of exciting grand opening events, which will be shared over the coming weeks.
