Waukesha Cousins Subs® Reopens with New Look and Feel

June 04, 2026 // Franchising.com // WAUKESHA, Wis. – Cousins Subs today celebrated the grand re-opening of its remodeled Pearl Street restaurant, following more than two decades of serving guests in the area.

The celebration included a ribbon cutting ceremony with representatives from Waukesha Works, store team members and Cousins Subs executives.

The remodel features a Milwaukee Sub Shop design with natural wood, stone and metal accents, updated digital menu boards and refreshed décor that reflect the brand's history and the communities served.

“This restaurant has been part of the Waukesha community for more than two decades, and we’re proud to continue serving the guests who have supported us throughout the years,” said Joe Ferguson, executive vice president at Cousins Subs. “We’re excited to provide a refreshed restaurant experience for the community to enjoy for years to come, and we’re grateful to our team members for helping make it possible.”

The restaurant offers Cousins Subs' full menu of deli-fresh and grilled-to-order subs and made-to-order sides through dine-in, drive-thru, pickup and delivery.
