The franchise location will be owned and operated by Andres Palacios, a business leader with over 20 years of senior commercial leadership experience spanning travel technology, enterprise SaaS, and corporate travel management. Andres will be supported by his spouse Antonette, a seasoned business executive who currently serves as CEO of a multi-location restaurant group, bringing hands-on expertise in operations, team leadership, and customer experience to the venture. They volunteer with a nonprofit supporting families affected by cancer.
