Award-Winning, 40-Year-Old Van Dorm Realty, Inc. Joins Century 21 Real Estate

June 30, 2026 // Franchising.com // Olympia, Washington — Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced the affiliation of Van Dorm Realty, Inc., a full-service brokerage based in Olympia, founded in 1980.

The firm was founded in 1980 by Bob and Marjorie Van Dorm, parents of current owner and managing broker Diane Pust, who leads the company alongside her husband Jeff Pust, designated broker and co-owner. The duo officially took over the family business in 2004 after spending decades learning the intricacies of the industry from Bob and Marjorie and building experience across the banking, appraisal, and mortgage lending sectors. Diane became a licensed real estate professional in 1990, after working as an assistant to her father throughout the 80s, where she spent her time originating, processing, and underwriting mortgage loans. Only four years later, Jeff obtained his license and joined his wife in the family business.

Since taking on leadership, Jeff and Diane have grown the business to include a substantial number of independent sales professionals. Together, they assist clients throughout Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and the surrounding communities, offering traditional residential real estate services as well as specialized expertise in multi-million dollar luxury homes, lots and land, new construction projects, equestrian estates, waterfront properties, and commercial real estate. Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Van Dorm, the firm will have access to the CENTURY 21 brand’s technology, marketing, lead generation, and coaching resources. The Pusts, who place emphasis on technology and personalized support, were impressed during discussions with brand representatives and affiliate to utilize those tools.
