DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Springfield Wins Franchise of the Year Award

July 01, 2026 // Franchising.com // DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has awarded its 2026 Franchise of the Year honor to Curt and Deb Trampe, owners of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Springfield.

The award was presented at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen’s national Reunion, held June 9-12 in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Trampes have been part of the DreamMaker franchise network for 20 years and have contributed to leadership, consistency and support within the broader franchise system. Their location has received DreamMaker’s Cornerstone recognition every year since the program was introduced.

DreamMaker also recognized the Springfield team for its willingness to share best practices and help strengthen the franchise network. The location has hosted DreamMaker mentor visits, including the company’s first Production Mentor Visit, and the Trampes have served on committees, task forces and peer groups across the system.

They have also been among the first franchise owners to participate in key operational and technology initiatives.

The Springfield team also received a Dream Award in the Baths category for its Lux Green Bath remodel, which transformed a dated 90-square-foot primary bathroom into a sophisticated, spa-like retreat with a soft green and cream palette, zero-barrier walk-in shower, heated floors and safety-minded design features.
