Buffalo’s Cafe Drops its Sizzling and Flavor-Filled Summer Lineup

Beloved Wing Brand Launches Shareable Favorites and Bold Cajun-Inspired Wing Sauce

July 07, 2026 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES — Buffalo’s Cafe is featuring a seasonal lineup designed for summer snacking, group gatherings and bold flavors. The seasonal lineup runs through Aug. 23 and includes the following items:

Double Dip Basket – Traditional or hand-breaded boneless wings tossed in a sauce of choice with a side of honey mustard, bleu cheese or ranch dip and tumbleweed chips

Golden Tender Basket – Four hand-breaded chicken tenders served with honey mustard and tumbleweed chips

Summer Shrimp Basket – Choice of blackened or fried shrimp served with cocktail sauce and tumbleweed chips

Just Wing It Basket – Traditional or boneless wings tossed in a sauce of choice, served with bleu cheese, ranch dip and tumbleweed chips

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery® White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake – Creamy cheesecake swirled with raspberry and chunks of white chocolate on a chocolate crumb crust topped with whipped cream

Additionally, a Buffalo’s Magic Wing Sauce is available for bone-in wings, hand-breaded boneless wings, hand-breaded tenders or fried shrimp, served with celery, carrots and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese dip.

Bev beverages: The menu also includes cocktails such as Ranch Water (Espolón Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, soda water, and lime) and the Candy Watermelon cocktail (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, watermelon, cranberry and lime, finished with a Tajín rim). Other offerings include Red Bull A-Rita and Lemonade Mocktails, including Prickly Pear and Watermelon flavors.
