Local Resident Ken Sandy Opens Fresh Coat Painters in Klein

July 08, 2026 // Franchising.com // Klein, TX — Local resident Ken Sandy has signed on to own a Fresh Coat Painters location in Klein, a residential and commercial painting business.

To create a professional painting business for everyone, Fresh Coat built a low-cost, high-margin business model that educates franchisees on how to find and unite all painters, hire them as employees and provide customers with the security ad professionalism they deserve.

Since launching in 2004, Fresh Coat has expanded to over 190 franchise locations nationwide.

Now, the network includes numerous locations serving communities.

Ken Sandy is associated with opening a Fresh Coat Painters location in Klein. He previously held a technology management role with McDonald’s.

“I spent decades working in corporate management, but I always wanted to build something for myself,” said Sandy. “Fresh Coat stood out because of its structure and support, and I’m excited to bring a detail-oriented, high-quality painting service to the Klein community while continuing to grow.”
