Hurricane Grill & Wings Coasts into Summer with New Limited-Time Menu

July 09, 2026 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES — Award-winning wing chain Hurricane Grill & Wings is kicking off summer with a splash, debuting fresh new entrees and ice-cold, beach-inspired drinks designed for fans to unwind and escape. Available now through Aug. 30, the limited-time menu includes:

Ahi Tuna Tostadas – Seared tuna layered with seasoned slaw, cucumber wasabi dressing, a Secret Weapon Sauce, and green onions, served on crispy flour tortilla chips

Tropical Shrimp Wrap – Grilled shrimp tossed in a zesty habanero lime seasoning with lettuce, tomato, tropical slaw, pineapple, and hot honey lime sauce wrapped in a flour tortilla, served with a choice of a signature side

Big Wave Wedge – Blackened salmon served over a crisp iceberg wedge with bacon, tomato, red onion, and blue cheese

Cheesecake Factory Bakery® Vanilla Bean Cheesecake – Creamy Tahitian vanilla bean cheesecake layered with white chocolate vanilla mousse, topped with whipped cream and strawberry drizzle over a vanilla cookie crumb crust

New mocktails are offered, including Prickly Pink, a sweet citrus twist of prickly pear and lemon, the Strawberry Shore, a smooth fusion of strawberry and lemon, or the Guava Passion Punch, a tropical blend of guava, passion fruit, and lemon. The lineup also features cocktails such as the Red Bull A'Rita, the Prickly Pear Margarita, and Cactus Water.
