Executive Home Care Expands to Southeast New Hampshire

July 13, 2026 // Franchising.com // MANCHESTER, NH. Executive Home Care announces the opening of Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire, owned and operated by Greg Tautkus and Lisa Streeter.

Serving families throughout Southeast New Hampshire, the agency offers non-medical home care designed to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable and independent in the place they know best — their own homes.

Together, Greg Tautkus and Lisa Streeter bring decades of healthcare experience and a deeply personal understanding of the caregiving journey. Streeter is a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience, clinical expertise and compassion. Tautkus previously served as an emergency medical technician, bringing a safety-first approach, attention to detail and calm leadership to every situation.

Their decision to open Executive Home Care was inspired not only by their professional backgrounds but also by caring for their own aging family members.

"After experiencing firsthand the challenges families face while caring for aging loved ones, we knew we wanted to make a difference in our own community," said Streeter. "There is no substitute for the comfort and security of remaining at home, and we believe quality care should help seniors maintain their dignity and independence while allowing families to spend meaningful time together instead of carrying the full weight of caregiving."

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire offers a range of non-medical home care services, including companion care, personal care, specialized care, family respite, hospice support and transportation services.

"Our goal is to create an environment where both caregivers and clients feel valued, respected and supported," said Tautkus. "When caregivers have the resources and encouragement they need, they can provide the exceptional care families deserve. We want to give families peace of mind while helping their loved ones truly live—not simply exist."

Weinz added, "We're excited to welcome Greg and Lisa to the Executive Home Care family. Their combined nursing and emergency medical backgrounds, along with their personal caregiving experiences, give them a unique perspective on the needs of seniors and their families. Their commitment to compassionate, family-centered care will make a meaningful impact throughout Southeast New Hampshire."
