Burgerfi Earns “2026 Burger of the Decade” Title With Award-Winning Rodeo Burger

July 14, 2026 // Franchising.com // Farmington Hills, MI - BurgerFi's is celebrating a major culinary achievement after its signature Rodeo Burger was crowned "2026 Burger of the Decade" at the 10th Annual Burger Battle Detroit. The championship honors BurgerFi's commitment to premium ingredients, chef-inspired recipes and bold flavors, reinforcing why the brand continues to stand out among today's best burger concepts.

The Burger Battle Detroit took place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, and featured eight Metro Detroit burger restaurants. Approximately 1,800 attendees sampled the creations. Guests cast votes to determine the top finalists, and a panel of judges selected BurgerFi's Rodeo Burger as this year’s overall winner.

The Rodeo Burger features two Angus beef patties with Pepper Jack cheese, grilled jalapenos, crispy fried onions, and smoky barbecue sauce, creating a balance of heat, sweetness, and a flame-grilled flavor.
