Intelligent Office™ to Open New Flexible Workspace in Winston-Salem

The facility will feature 30 private offices and offer professional solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Winston-Salem and the broader Triad region.

Designed to meet the evolving needs of today's workforce, Intelligent Office Winston-Salem provides flexible workspace and business support services, including live receptionist services, phone answering, mail management, customer support and administrative assistance. These services accompany flexible office solutions with operational support to help members focus on their work while maintaining a professional presence.

The location is owned and operated by Sean Taylor, a Triad resident since 2019 who recently relocated from Greensboro to Winston-Salem. Taylor brings approximately 25 years of experience in hospitality management, including hotel operations and general management, to his first business venture.

“I believe the future of workspace is flexible, professional and service-oriented,” Taylor said. “Businesses will continue to value office space for collaboration, client meetings and building relationships, but they will increasingly seek solutions that provide flexibility and convenience. A graduate of the Bryan School of Business & Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Taylor earned an MBA and also holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from UNCG. As owner-operator, he will oversee daily operations while building strong relationships with members and delivering personalized business support.
