The franchise location opened on June 8, and is owned and operated by business partners John Rotche, Quinn Rotche, Tim O'Connor and Andy Tack. As the founder of DUCTZ and HOODZ and a former President of BELFOR Franchise Group, John has helped shape the global organization that BELFOR Franchise Group has grown into. Tim has extensive franchising experience, having worked in the industry for over three decades. Andy is an accomplished entrepreneur based in Sarasota, FL, with expertise in real estate investment, insurance, and construction management.
