July 14, 2026 // Franchising.com // KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Rock N’ Roll Sushi is expanding its presence in Tennessee with the opening of a new restaurant in Hardin Valley on Wednesday, July 22.
Located near Pellissippi State Community College. The location is owned and operated by John Flood and partners.
“Hardin Valley is the perfect place for Rock N’ Roll Sushi because this community appreciates places with personality,” said General Manager Micah Foster. “Our goal is to create more than a meal — we want every guest who walks through our doors to feel like they’re part of the show.”
Founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, Rock N’ Roll Sushi describes itself as a concept that combines bold flavors and American-style sushi with rock and roll culture. It uses record-style menus, music videos and a “Dine Out Loud” approach to dining.
The Knoxville location offers items including VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll and Spicy Tuna Rockstars, hibachi entrées, shareable appetizers and ramen bowls. Beverages include beer, with cocktails planned to be added.
Rock N’ Roll Sushi Hardin Valley will welcome guests starting July 22. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
