Roemer brings more than 35 years of experience in the franchise industry, having successfully served as both a franchisor and franchisee. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside franchise owners representing nationally recognized brands including Dunkin', Arby's, Long John Silver's, Rita's Italian Ice, and numerous others.

He joined Complete Pest Solutions in June 2026 with a focus on improving franchisee profitability and strengthening the company's franchise operations.
