Originally from North Highlands, California, Benjamin brings nearly three decades of leadership, customer service, and operational experience to his new venture. After earning a degree in Management Information Systems from Sacramento State, he built a 28-year career in the mortgage industry, beginning in loan origination before advancing into sales leadership and business operations roles.

Most recently, Benjamin operated as an independent mortgage broker, focusing on personalized service and long-term client relationships.

As he looked toward the future, Benjamin was drawn to The Glass Guru’s established reputation and customer-focused business model.

“The Glass Guru stood out as a proven model backed by experienced leadership and a strong reputation,” said Benjamin Swett. “Having a personal connection to the brand and seeing its long-term success made the decision a natural one.”

Benjamin is excited to bring glass restoration, repair, and replacement services in the Boise area. The location will offer services including foggy window repair, window and door glass replacement, shower enclosures, mirrors, screens, and specialty glass solutions.

Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys staying active year-round through snowboarding, mountain biking, distance running, offshore sport fishing, and golf. He is also an avid live music fan and enjoys attending concerts whenever possible.
