Myrtle Beach Is About to Get Hot, Scratch-Made Bagels

July 31, 2026 // Franchising.com // ORLANDO, Fla. — Jeff’s Bagel Run, the rapidly growing bagel brand known for its scratch-made hot bagels, freshly whipped spreads and craft coffees and beverages, today announced a new three-store franchise agreement that will bring the brand to the Myrtle Beach market for the first time.

The first Jeff’s Bagel Run location is planned for 4112 River Oaks Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, with additional locations planned throughout the Myrtle Beach area.

Jennifer Yanakiev and Brian Edelen will lead the development of the three locations, bringing Jeff’s Bagel Run’s signature fresh-baked bagels and hospitality-focused experience to one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing coastal markets. Jennifer and Brian have been with the Hungry Howie’s Pizza brand for over 30 years.

Every shop rolls, boils and bakes its bagels fresh in-house throughout the day, paired with house-made spreads, craft coffee, espresso beverages, Red Bull infusions and other specialty drinks.

The Myrtle Beach agreement is part of Jeff’s Bagel Run’s broader national expansion strategy. The brand currently has 39 open locations across Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, with more than 120 additional locations in development nationwide.
