Townhouse Taps Veteran Franchise and Quick-Service Restaurant Executives to Fuel U.S. Expansion

August 12, 2026 // Franchising.com // NEW YORK – Townhouse has assembled a franchise leadership team with more than seven decades of combined franchise, multi-unit and consumer-brand experience to support operators in the beauty segment.

Founder Juanita Huber-Millet began Townhouse in 2018, leveraging her experience working at global fashion platforms. The company operates more than 45 salons. Leading the business alongside her is CEO Jonathan Millet, who brings a private equity and multi-unit operations background. Millet has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and providing a vision for the brand's long-term growth alongside a team of more than 90 head office professionals across operations, technology, training, marketing and customer experience.

"The majority of our franchise owners globally come from a quick-service restaurant or hospitality background. We’re thrilled to already be attracting operators of that same caliber here in the U.S.,” said Jonathan Millet, CEO of Townhouse. "Our operators deserve a leadership team that speaks their language and understands the tools needed to scale a sophisticated franchise brand while maintaining consistency and top-tier guest experiences across every location."

  • Joe Lewis, U.S. Franchise Development Advisor, brings more than 25 years of franchise development experience as former CEO of Smoothie King and Smalls Sliders, and supports Townhouse's activities across key U.S. markets, working closely with experienced multi-unit operators.
  • Jonathan Cole, U.S. Franchisee Support Director, works alongside franchise partners to help them drive growth. He spent more than 30 years leading franchise and licensed operations for Starbucks across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing growth across more than 1,000 locations.
  • Jessica Bouscarle, Head of Franchise Development, previously with global coffee chain Black Sheep Coffee, leads franchise growth and partner selection across the U.S. and international markets. She works closely with experienced multi-unit operators throughout the qualification and development process and plays a key role in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities.
  • Luke Tuckey, Marketing & Customer Director, leverages 15-plus years of experience, working with brands like The Body Shop, to lead customer acquisition, CRM, digital marketing and brand growth strategies, to support both company-owned salons and franchise partners.

Townhouse focuses on partnering with a select group of experienced multi-unit operators to implement standardized operations and proprietary technology. The company's leadership experience across quick-service restaurant and franchise operations provides operators with proven systems and support.
