Uni K Wax Names Jarred Fajerski Chief Executive Officer

August 31, 2026 // Franchising.com // AVENTURA, Fla. — Uni K Wax today announced the appointment of Jarred Fajerski as Chief Executive Officer.

Fajerski joins during a major expansion phase, with nearly 40 open studios and 31 in development across nine markets and seven states—a total footprint of 71 locations. The brand is also actively expanding its reach through a growing pipeline of independent studio conversions.

As former CEO of SSG (Stratus Clean Services Group), Fajerski managed 1,000+ units and $56 million in sales, leading the brand to a #21 U.S. ranking and record growth. Previously, he served as Chief of Stores at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spas, where he scaled the brand from 140 to 500+ locations through two private-equity transactions. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. from St. Francis University.
