Brooklyn Water Bagel Makes Campus Debut at Nova Southeastern University

September 02, 2026 // Franchising.com // DAVIE, Fla. — Brooklyn Water Bagel has opened its first campus location at Nova Southeastern University. The opening represents a new avenue for growth beyond the restaurant’s traditional footprint.

Located in the Terry Building’s dining complex, the location offers breakfast, coffee and lunch options. It is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering options.

While Brooklyn Water Bagel’s popular breakfast sandwiches and premium coffee are menu staples, the campus location also offers avocado toast, Greek yogurt parfaits, wraps, sandwiches, snacks, fresh fruit, specialty beverages and sweet treats, giving students and faculty plenty of options throughout the day.

Brooklyn Water Bagel operates the location in partnership with Chartwells Higher Education, a division of Compass Group, a leading food service provider for campus dining and foodservice operations.

The Nova Southeastern location is Brooklyn Water Bagel’s first non-traditional location in Florida, while opening the door for future growth in universities, airports, stadiums, military bases, medical complexes and other institutional settings.
