Zaxbys Brings Its Signature Chicken to Paris Sept. 8

Iconic chicken concept celebrates latest Tennessee location with grand opening festivities and signature menu favorites

September 04, 2026 // Franchising.com // PARIS, Tenn. – Zaxbys®, the fast-casual restaurant known for its signature Chicken Fingerz™, Zax Sauce® and Southern hospitality, is officially coming to West Tennessee with a new location opening at 1328 Mineral Wells Ave. in Paris on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

The restaurant marks the first Zaxbys in Henry County and the brand's 13th in Tennessee. The grand opening celebration will invite local residents and community members to experience the brand, meet the team and be among the first to enjoy the craveable menu.

The Paris location will serve Zaxbys fresh, prepared-to-order Chicken Fingerz™ and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces, along with its popular Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and fan-favorite Fried Pickles. The menu also features Wings & Things, Big Zax Snak®, Zalads® and sandwiches, served with crinkle-cut fries, Texas Toast and the brand’s iconic Zax Sauce®. From quick lunches to family dinners, guests can expect the signature flavors and generous portions that have made the brand a favorite across the Southeast.

The opening supports the continued growth of Roost & Rise Holdings, one of Zaxbys largest franchise operators, and expands the brand's footprint across Tennessee while bringing its signature experience to more guests.

Zaxbys Paris will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
