Angry Chickz to Open in Avondale Sept. 11

September 09, 2026 // Franchising.com // AVONDALE, Ariz. – Angry Chickz opened a restaurant in Avondale on Sept. 11 at 10285 W. McDowell Rd., Suite A100. The location is the brand's fourth in Arizona and 47th location nationwide.

Grand opening festivities begin at 11 a.m., with special giveaways planned for early arrivals. The first 100 guests will receive a limited-edition Angry Chickz jersey, while the first 500 will have the opportunity to enter an on-site raffle for Angry Chickz for a Year and additional food prizes through online registration.

Known for Nashville hot chicken with plenty of personality, Angry Chickz gives guests control over their order with customizable heat levels ranging from no heat ‘country’ to waiver-signing ‘angry’. The menu features made-to-order chicken tenders, sliders and bowls, along with sides including mac and cheese, coleslaw and fries. The brand has built a devoted following as it has expanded, with fans lining up — and even camping out overnight — for new restaurant openings.
