Century 21 Real Estate Strengthens Leadership Team With Appointment of Jamie Huggins As Vice President, East Region, Field Services

September 10, 2026 // Franchising.com // Madison, NJ — Century 21 Real Estate LLC, today announced the appointment of Jamie Huggins as Vice President, East Region, Field Services. In this role, Jamie will oversee field services for brokers and agents affiliated with the CENTURY 21 brand across the eastern United States, focusing on operational performance and access to the brand's tools, resources, and guidance.

Reporting to Greg Sexton, Chief Operating Officer, Huggins will oversee the East Region Field Services team and work with Christy Torian, National Vice President, Field Services, West Region. They will support franchisees and brokerage leaders in operations and transitions.

Jamie joins the CENTURY 21 brand with more than 25 years of real estate leadership experience spanning brokerage operations, franchise development, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, strategic planning and executive consulting. Throughout his career, he has advised brokerage owners and executive leadership teams on growth strategy, profitability, organizational performance and market expansion.

Most recently, Jamie served as founder and lead consultant of X-Factor Coaching & Consulting, where he advised real estate organizations, technology platforms and business owners on growth strategy and operational excellence. Prior to that, he served in senior leadership positions at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, where he helped grow annual sales volume while leading recruiting, productivity and expansion initiatives across seven offices.

A graduate of the inaugural Anywhere ASCEND Executive Leadership Program; Jamie is already familiar with many leaders across the CENTURY 21 network and has developed longstanding relationships with numerous broker/owners throughout his career. He also served for 34 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of Colonel.
