Priddy Spaces Expands Atlanta Footprint With New Venture X Location in Midtown Atlanta

September 10, 2026 // Franchising.com // Priddy Spaces today announced the upcoming opening of Venture X Atlanta Midtown, a new premium flexible office and coworking location at 1180 West Peachtree Street NW, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.

Located in Regions Plaza in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, the new Venture X will occupy the building’s entire third floor. The location is currently under construction, with completion targeted for mid-December 2026.

The new workspace will feature 70 private offices, eight dedicated desks and three meeting rooms, including training and meeting capabilities for groups of up to 24 people. The location is being designed to serve a broad mix of professionals, entrepreneurs and growing companies seeking a premium, hospitality-driven workplace in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic business districts.

The location places Venture X members in close proximity to many of Midtown's most recognizable destinations and amenities, including the Woodruff Arts Center, High Museum of Art, Colony Square, Piedmont Park and the broader Midtown business and entertainment district.
