4Ever Young Bolsters Leadership Bench with New Finance and Technology Executives

September 21, 2026 // Franchising.com // BOCA RATON, Fla. – 4Ever Young announced two additions to its executive leadership team, naming Ben Hoeft Vice President of Finance and Manish Goomar Vice President of Technology. The appointments strengthen the financial intelligence and digital capabilities supporting its franchise system.

Hoeft brings financial leadership experience within the health and wellness sector. In his new role, he will focus on turning financial data into greater visibility across the 4Ever Young system, giving leadership a clearer picture of performance and future priorities.

“Joining 4Ever Young at this stage presents an opportunity to help shape how financial insight supports the broader business,” said Hoeft. “There’s a strong foundation already in place, and my focus will be creating even greater visibility across the organization so we can understand what’s driving performance and plan strategically for what’s ahead.”

Goomar joins the company with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and digital transformation. As Vice President of Technology, he will help shape 4Ever Young’s digital strategy, focusing on scalable capabilities that better connect corporate teams, franchisees and centers. His leadership will support advances in data and digital innovation as consumer expectations around personalized wellness continue to evolve.

“The opportunity is to make sure the right tools are working together to make the organization more intelligent, efficient and connected,” said Goomar. “4Ever Young has a clear vision for where it wants to go, and I look forward to building capabilities that can support that vision while creating meaningful value for the people who interact with our brand every day.”

4Ever Young operates a diversified model that brings advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, aesthetic treatments, peptide therapy, weight management and personalized wellness plans together within one patient experience. Connected digital systems will support consistent execution, understanding performance and creating a seamless experience for franchisees and patients.

The leadership additions come during a significant period for 4Ever Young. The company recently ranked No. 387 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, placing it among the fastest-growing private companies in America, and signed its first development agreement in New York for a new center planned in Commack on Long Island. The brand continues to attract operators with backgrounds across healthcare, retail, business ownership and multi-unit operations.

“We’re building for the company we intend to become, not simply the company we are today,” said James Kapnick, co-CEO of 4Ever Young. “As the business evolves, our responsibility is to make sure the organization behind the brand becomes stronger with it. Adding leaders like Ben and Manish gives us deeper expertise, better visibility and stronger capabilities to support our franchisees, our teams and the experience we deliver to patients.”
