Angry Chickz Brings Nashville Hot Chicken to Sacramento Sept. 25

September 21, 2026 // Franchising.com // SACRAMENTO – Sacramento is getting a new destination for Nashville hot chicken. Angry Chickz will open its first restaurant in the City of Trees Sept. 25 at 4740 Natomas Blvd., Suite 100, bringing its made-to-order chicken, customizable heat levels and high-energy approach to hospitality to the city’s Natomas community.

Angry Chickz is giving fans even more reason to be among the first in line when doors open at 11 a.m. The first 100 guests will receive an exclusive jersey, and the first 500 will have the opportunity to enter an on-site raffle for Angry Chickz for a Year and additional food prizes available through online registration.

The new restaurant marks Angry Chickz’s first location in Sacramento, 40th restaurant in California and 48th location nationwide as the brand continues its expansion across the country. The Sacramento opening gives local guests a new way to get their Nashville hot chicken fix, with a menu built around chicken tenders, sliders and bowls that can be customized to match each guest’s preferred level of heat.

Angry Chickz keeps the menu focused while giving guests plenty of room to make an order their own. Heat levels range from country, with no heat, to angry, the brand’s most intense level, with several options in between. Made-to-order chicken is paired with sides including mac and cheese, coleslaw and fries, giving Sacramento guests plenty of ways to build a meal around their preferred combination.
