Helpful Heroes Opens New Franchise Location in Michigan

September 22, 2026 // Franchising.com // Helpful Heroes is opening a new franchise location in Wayne, Michigan. The task-based company is part of the BELFOR Franchise Group family of brands.

The franchise location is opening later this month, and will be owned and operated by Bob Schannault. Bob has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and contracting experience, having previously owned two retail garden centers and a large landscape construction business. Bob currently owns a handyman business, and is looking forward to expanding his existing business into a Helpful Heroes location.
