The franchise location will open on September 28, and will be owned and operated by father and son team Don and Tim Bell. Tim, who has a background in franchise management, will lead the team, and he is eager to bring his sales expertise to his new company. Don is a retired lawyer, and will be handling the business’s organizational startup and administrative work.
