Love & Honey Fried Chicken Targets Massachusetts for Franchise Expansion, Building on East Coast Momentum

September 23, 2026 // Franchising.com // PHILADELPHIA — Love & Honey Fried Chicken is targeting Massachusetts for franchise expansion.

Building on its recent entry into Rhode Island with a location in Cranston, Love & Honey is seeking experienced operators to help bring the brand to Massachusetts for the first time. The growth strategy includes development across Greater Boston as well as expansion into Worcester and other key Massachusetts markets.

Massachusetts Franchise Opportunities

Love & Honey sees potential in metropolitan areas and regional communities where guests are looking for distinctive fast-casual dining options that combine convenience with elevated food quality and genuine hospitality.

    • Greater Boston and surrounding suburbs
    • Cambridge and Somerville
    • Worcester
    • Springfield
    • The South Shore and North Shore regions

“Massachusetts is a natural step for Love & Honey as we continue building our footprint across the East Coast,” said Laura Lyons, Co-Founder and CEO of Love & Honey Fried Chicken. “We have seen how guests in New York, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania have connected with the brand, and we believe the same quality, warmth, and sense of community will resonate with guests across Boston and the surrounding communities.”

A Differentiated Fast-Casual Concept

Love & Honey offers a chef-driven approach to a familiar and highly popular category. Its menu is centered on hand-dredged fried chicken prepared fresh, complemented by scratch-made sauces and sides designed to deliver a memorable experience. The brand sources chicken that is Halal, raised without antibiotics, and sourced through Coleman farms, and works with Sysco through a national supply agreement to help support consistency as the brand grows.  Love & Honey also offers a $5,000 veteran discount on the franchise fee, along with multi-unit incentives for experienced operators. The brand’s positioning is rooted in quality, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality. As Love & Honey grows, its leadership team is focused on partnering with experienced operators who can maintain that identity while building strong connections within their local communities.

"As a Boston native, I know this market better than most and I know Massachusetts guests won't settle for anything less than great food and a real sense of community," said Geoff Goodman, President of Love & Honey Fried Chicken. "We are looking for franchise partners who understand that successful growth is about more than opening restaurants. It is about delivering consistently great food, creating an experience that makes people feel welcome, and becoming a meaningful part of the community. Massachusetts offers a strong, food-forward market for operators who want to grow with a differentiated concept in a proven restaurant category."
