Bubbakoo’s Burritos Opens Newest Location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

September 28, 2026 // Franchising.com - Bubbakoo’s Burritos is opening its newest location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, Sept. 29. Conveniently located at 3926 Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem Square, a key shopping destination on the city’s northside, the new restaurant is locally owned and operated by Deepak and Sarah Patil, who look forward to bringing Bubbakoo’s signature customizable menu and bold flavors to the Lehigh Valley area.

To celebrate its arrival in the community, the first 50 guests to make a qualifying purchase on opening day will receive a year’s supply of free burritos, with one free burrito per month for a year. Guests can also take advantage of Bubbakoo’s fall menu additions, including Fried Cauliflower, available as both a starter and protein option, and Apple Pie Egg Rolls.

“Bubbakoo’s appealed to us because it puts a unique spin on the customizable fast-casual experience, with a wide variety of flavors and ingredients that give guests the freedom to make every meal their own,” said Deepak Patil. “We were also drawn to how much the brand values being part of the communities it serves. Bethlehem has such a great mix of families, students and local businesses, and we look forward to getting involved with local schools, youth programs and organizations and creating a place where the community feels welcome.”

The Patils selected Bethlehem for its diverse population of growing families, local businesses, commuters and students, with Lehigh University, Moravian University and Northampton Community College all nearby. They envision the restaurant as a destination for everything from family dinners and quick lunches to student gatherings and plan to build relationships throughout the community through local sponsorships and partnerships.

“Pennsylvania has been an important part of Bubbakoo’s growth, and we’re proud to continue building our presence in the state with Deepak and Sarah,” said Chris Ives, CEO of Bubbakoo’s Burritos. “Bethlehem is the type of community where we believe Bubbakoo’s can really connect with guests, and Deepak and Sarah share our commitment to becoming an active part of the neighborhoods we serve. We look forward to supporting them as they introduce the brand to even more guests across the Lehigh Valley.”
