The company is led by Debra Prince, a former assisted living professional whose personal caregiving experience inspired her to help other families navigate the aging process. After balancing the care of two loved ones with the demands of her professional responsibilities, Prince realized that she could bring together her personal caregiving expertise and her passion for serving older adults by providing families with reliable, in-home care solutions.

Prince has also spent several years working as a tour guide at some of Northern California’s biggest destinations, including Yosemite National Park and Napa and Sonoma wine country. Through both experiences, Prince has been able to pursue her passion for creating welcoming, memorable experiences.

“My involvement with seniors at the assisted living facility and with visitors from all over the world on our tours has given me a great sense of fulfillment,” said Prince. “I truly enjoy being with people and getting to know them while providing them with a sense of comfort. I thrive in one-on-one, genuine interactions, and that’s why I’m so excited to dedicate myself to becoming a caregiver full-time.”

Although Prince became familiar with the concept of home care through her time working in assisted living facilities, it was her at-home experience that truly gave her an appreciation for the field. Prince struggled to balance her personal and professional caregiving responsibilities, largely because she was unaware of the full capabilities of in-home care. Upon realizing the level of personalization available with home care, she decided to become an advocate.

“Had I known that home care schedules could be tailored specifically to my loved ones’ needs, I would have been able to provide much more effectively,” said Prince. “I’m always curious and anxious to learn more about how I can best serve others.
