Proforma Hosts Annual Owner Advisory Council Meeting in Cleveland

October 08, 2026 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, Fla. — Proforma recently hosted its 2026 Owner Advisory Council (OAC), Executive, and Leadership Teams in Cleveland, uniting Distributor Owners and senior executives for a dynamic event focused on connection, strategy, and innovation.

The Proforma OAC is composed of elected Distributor Owners across North America, each representing their respective region in the Network. Proforma’s Executive and Leadership Teams consist of key Support Center Team Members whose strategic vision accelerates growth, strengthens relationships with Supplier Partners and the industry, and exemplifies Proforma’s mission of empowering Distributor Owner success.

“This meeting is a testament to the strong partnership between Proforma’s OAC, Executive, and Leadership Teams, fostering invaluable conversations that help advance the Network forward,” said Steve Flaughers, Distributor Owner of Proforma 3rd Degree Marketing and 2026-2027 OAC President. “When we work together with a shared commitment to success, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish.”

“This meeting demonstrates the power of bringing leaders together around a collective vision for success,” said Doug Kordel, President and Chief Legal Officer at Proforma. “The ideas and insights shared here continue to shape our priorities for the year ahead and position Proforma as a leader in the print and promotional products industry.”

During the event, attendees identified strategic priorities for 2027 and aligned on key initiatives spanning technology, eCommerce, marketing, finance, operations, business development, and Supplier relations. A major focus was on the growing impact of AI and how this capability, both within Proforma’s proprietary platforms and across the broader industry, can create efficiencies and accelerate growth.

“The printing and promotional products space is constantly evolving, and the success of the Network hinges on collaboration,” said Michael Roney, Chief Strategy Officer at Proforma. “Uniting the strongest Distributors and Leadership Team in the industry gives us a clear roadmap to the future we’re building together.”

At the heart of the OAC Meeting is a commitment to listening, learning, and leading together. The value of the event extends beyond business initiatives, bringing together diverse perspectives and strengthening alignment across the Network.

“As a Canadian Distributor Owner, I appreciate knowing that my voice is heard and that I’m connected to the conversations shaping the future of our Network,” said Vivek Narola, Distributor Owner of Proforma Battlefield Advertising and Canadian Regional Representative of the Proforma OAC. “These meetings remind me that, no matter where we’re located, we’re all working toward the same goals.”

Each year, attendees leave the OAC Meeting with an aligned vision, stronger connections, and a clear roadmap to advance key initiatives.
