HomeWell Franchising Names Leslie Poteet Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations

October 14, 2026 // Franchising.com // Burkburnett, Texas – HomeWell Franchising has announced the appointment of Leslie Poteet as Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations.

Poteet joins HomeWell as the company continues to expand its national footprint, with 160 active locations nationwide, including more than 30 slated to open soon. In her new role, Poteet will lead franchise operations strategy, with a focus on franchisee performance, operational consistency, and strengthening the support HomeWell provides to its owners.

That perspective is going to be incredibly valuable to our owners and to us as a franchisor supporting them.”

Poteet began her career with Sylvan Learning in 2006 as a center director in Boston. Over nearly two decades with the organization, she held progressively senior leadership roles spanning franchise operations, business development, product development and management systems, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations for a system of more than 500 locations. In addition to leading operations at the franchisor level, Poteet has operated and grown a multi-unit franchise business, giving her firsthand perspective on both sides of the franchisor-franchisee relationship.
