4Ever Young Names Franchise Growth Expert Tony Nicholson as Vice President of Development

October 27, 2026 // Franchising.com // BOCA RATON, Fla. – 4Ever Young announced today the appointment of Tony Nicholson as Vice President of Development. Bringing more than two decades of experience in franchise development and multi-unit ownership, Nicholson will lead efforts to attract qualified franchisees, strengthen the development process and expand the brand’s presence in key markets as it works toward 100 open locations nationwide.

Nicholson brings extensive experience on both sides of the franchise industry, having held development leadership roles with Self Esteem Brands, now part of Purpose Brands, and most recently serving as Vice President of Franchise Development at Scenthound. Throughout his career, he has also gained firsthand experience as a multi-unit franchise owner with both Anytime Fitness and Scenthound, giving him a unique perspective on what operators need to build and grow their businesses. At 4Ever Young, Nicholson will focus on building a stronger pipeline of prospective franchisees, prioritizing experienced multi-unit operators and enhancing the development process to support the brand's continued expansion.

“I've spent most of my career in franchising and health and wellness, and 4Ever Young brings together so many of the things I'm passionate about,” said Nicholson. “The combination of preventive wellness, aesthetics and emerging treatments makes this an incredibly compelling space to be in right now. There's a tremendous opportunity ahead of us, and I'm looking forward to getting out there, connecting with the right operators and building a franchise network that's as invested in this brand as I am.”

4Ever Young brings advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, aesthetic treatments, peptide therapy, weight management and personalized wellness plans together within one patient experience. Its membership-based model and broad range of services offer prospective franchisees multiple ways to serve growing consumer interest in preventive health, aesthetics and longevity. As the brand expands, Nicholson will focus on connecting that opportunity with operators who have the experience and commitment to grow with the system.

“Tony brings a unique perspective to our development strategy because he understands what it takes to grow a franchise system and what it means to invest in one,” said James Kapnick, co-CEO of 4Ever Young. “His experience building relationships with franchisees, identifying strong operators and driving expansion will be invaluable as we work toward our next stage of growth. We're focused on building a network of franchisees who believe in our model and are committed to growing with us, and Tony is the right person to help lead that effort.”

Nicholson joins 4Ever Young amid continued momentum for the brand. The company ranked No. 387 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 and earned recognition on the Franchise Times 2026 Top 400 list. 4Ever Young also signed its first development agreement in New York, with a center planned in Commack on Long Island, and is preparing to open a new location in downtown Westfield, New Jersey.

Looking ahead, 4Ever Young is targeting development in priority markets including Chicago, Austin, Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey as it continues introducing its integrated wellness model to new communities.
