Venture X to Open New Premium Coworking Space in Flower Mound

October 30, 2026 // Franchising.com // FLOWER MOUND, TX – Venture X® is opening a new location at 3101 Churchill Drive in Flower Mound. The workspace, slated to open in December, will be owned and operated by longtime North Texas resident and commercial real estate broker Spencer George.

The new Venture X will feature 90 private offices, modern conference rooms, flexible coworking memberships, café and lounge areas, and space that can accommodate networking events, educational seminars and community gatherings.
