Sanjeev Sanghera and Laura Bruce are the Co-Founders of Doner Shack.

Scottish-based businessman, Sanjeev worked his way up through the hospitality trade, from kitchen porter to executive chef, before meeting Laura and moving on to restaurant operations and new concept development. With a shared 40 years’ of experience, Sanjeev and Laura are now leading restaurant entrepreneurs. 

The concept of Doner Shack was established in 2018 after the couple experienced the popularity of kebabs in Mainland Europe.
